Nearly two years afo, Euro Kelas repainted the exterior of our home. Recently we had a contractor repair and modernize our bathroom. Over the last two years I've had the rare pleasure of working with Dhimiter Qoshlli and his company Euro-Kelas on a major overhaul of my mother's Pierpoint home and triplex rentals. We didn't just need a great paint job but extensive wood replacement and repairs on structures that should have seen a fumigation tent ten years ago!
Dhimiter and his crew came highly recommended from a Pierpoint neighbor who had done his homework in getting a bid. Euro-Kelas came out on top in all areas and the price was very competitive. The neighbor's beach house had always been a favorite and now it looked even more terrific with a rich new color scheme.
It was clear from our first meeting that Dhimiter held high standards for all aspects of his business: friendly contact and follow-up, a competitive quote that was clearly laid out, an insistence on high quality materials and pride in craftsmanship. His highly skilled and reliable crew always appeared on time and made sure things were cleaned up at the end of the day.
Add to that an amazing attention to detail from prepping to finish, and utmost care in protecting furniture, plants, and vehicles while carrying out the work. I couldn't have asked for a more professional treatment.
These types of projects Euro-Kelas has undertaken for us over the last two years:
- Major structural repairs, wood replacement and repairs on window and door frames
- Power-washing and exterior paint, including extensive caulking on the two-story wood
and stucco structure.
- Interior paint (water-based and oil-based), including major ceiling repairs of cracks, on
primary residence and rentals.
- Grading of exterior and establishment of concrete trough to divert water away from the structure.
- Numerous adaptations on doors and gates for better use.

My husband and I recently purchased a condo that was in pretty poor condition near the beach. The walls had holes, the windows weren't sealed and it hadn't been painted in 25 years. Our realtor suggested that we call Euro Kelas to do our dry wall and paint the inside of our condo. After meeting with Dimitri, the owner, we felt confident he would do a good job. The job was done with so much attention to detail and it is apparent Dimitri takes a lot of pride in his work.
We were so pleased with how the inside of our condo turned out; we spoke with the other owners of the condos in our complex and had him paint the outside as well. This was an even larger challenge considering the poor shape the building was in. Our exterior had never been painted after the initial painting was done 25 years ago. There were cracks to seal, holes to patch and a ton of prep work to be done. I am confident that if we were to have used anyone else, the quality of work wouldn't have compared to Euro Kelas. I am writing this letter to recommend the services of Euro Kelas Painting. The inside of our house was a mess due to previous tenants and we were in desperate need of painting. Coming home one day, we passed a van that had the phone number for Euro Kelas and we decided to give it a call.
Upon calling, we met Dimitri Qoshlli who told us he would be glad to give us a quote. He came that same evening and took a look at our house. Before leaving, he gave us a very reasonable quote. He even returned that night to show us photo albums of his past 10 years of work! It was obvious that he took great pride in his work and we decided to hire him without contacting another painting company.
When the weekend actually came for him to do the job, he did an outstanding job of prepping the walls before painting. Our walls were a mish-mosh of different types of paint and colors and needed to be effectively prepped so any new paint would stay on the wall.
The actual painting was done in an efficient manner and gave our house a great new feel and look. Dimitri took the time that was needed to do the job well. He double checked with us about the final job and was sure to touch up any spots that were missed.
